Heats perfectly
I got this as a gift for mother in law and she loves how it heats up quickly and keeps it warm when the burner is cut off for a period of time. She also loves how quickly she can get her cooking done in matter of a few minutes.

So... That just happened....
I purchased this a while back and it has been great BUUUT when I went to fix breakfast yesterday the large burner wasn't working, I am hesitant about buying another one but I do need to be able to cook since I am Diabetic, my hands are tied...

Great item although one burner stopped working.
I purchased this stove top burner about two months ago. One burner has stopped working. I would like to purchased another, but not if it<s only going to work for less than 2 moths.

Great features and comes in handy!
I bought this product a month ago and i love it but one of my burner plates cracked on me. I contacted customer service about the problem and thay sent me a replacement for it.

A piece of garbage
I bought this 2 heater hot plate unit and it's already giving me problems. I went to turn it on last night the lights on the front of it went out now the hot plate is not working at all. Someone give me an idea what I should do about this. This is the first time I've ever I had to call and complain about an item. So I'm at my wit's end I need to know what to do next. Something other than purchasing another unit I expected this in the last longer than 6 months. Thank you in advance for your cooperation
