Only bad product I’ve bought here
This trash can is awful. I bought it so it would be dog proof from our shepherds. Well it is but the can is so thin you can only get a garbage bag about a third of the way full so it feels wasteful. And it’s almost impossible to get the bag out. And when you do it rips everyone of them.

The worst bin ever
I really do hate this trash can. The barrel shape will not allow you to put much trash in it. And the inner plastic bin makes it hard to get the trash bag out. I will never a trash bin like again. I really do hate it.

Torn Trash Bags and Replacement Parts
We bought one of these trash cans 4 or 5 years ago. Has worked great except for the tearing of the garbage bags when removing a full one. We found that if you remove the handle on the inner liner, full garbage bags slide out without a problem. The Garbage Bag Retaining Ring broke on us. We called Customer Service and they were no help at all. They could not provide us with a replacement part nor could the tell us where to get a replacement part. Did a little research and found that we believe these trash cans are made by iTouchless. Matched up our can as best we could to one on the iTouchless web site and ordered a replacement Garbage Bag Retaining Ring. Received the ring the other day, it fit fine and holds the garbage bags as intended. For replacement parts we would suggest going to the iTouchless web site, matching up your trash can to one of theirs and ordering replacement parts from them. We would have rated this product higher if it weren’t for some of the design deficiencies and lack of Customer Service.

The Best Invention Ever
My trash can has been such a treasure for me. The top just broke after almost 10 years of service. I wish I could purchase another top for it. I’m 71 years old now and need the trash can more than ever. If only I could afford another one. Please consider purchasing this fantastic motion sensor trash can.

cute color
I do not like it because the inner bin handle rips bags when you pull out bag so i have to remove handle and lid is so so thin and it will break easily if you put any pressure on it.
