Pretty pattern
This bedspread is very pretty and has the Victorian look I wanted. The reverse is also pretty.
I would not consider this an oversized bedspread. I have a queen mattress and wanted the king size but it was out of stock.

Beautiful Quilt; I want the Shams
This is a beautiful and oversized quilt. As another reviewer said, the cats can't destroy it, and its being oversized allows it to be tucked over like a bedspread. Still, I would like to purchase the shams as I keep six pillows on my bed. It would make the beautiful purchase complete!

Gorgeous quilt
I absolutely love this quilt. The back side is just as beautiful. Bought queen and it is oversized just as the description said. I was going to buy the sham. I still might but it is not necessary. Covers the bed well. The top stitching is nice and small so my cats will not be able to destroy it. I have another quilt made the same way for years and the cats where not able to destroy. Hopeful this will do the same

Good quality, but less than expected in appearance
Though this quilt is not ugly by any stretch, it isn't as pretty as what I had hoped either. The colors of the pieces do not stand out from each other, instead they almost blend into one another and the overall appearance is quite "blah" The blue is more a baby blue, and the same hue in each pattern. The reds are not as vibrant as pictured. Again, though the pattern on the fabric pieces is different (stripes, paisley, floral etc), because the colors do not vary enough - the appearance is not as pretty or interesting as what the picture shows.

Beautiful!
Just received this and it’s lovely! I washed before using it and it washed up very nicely. No pilling as some quilts do when washed. The size is generous....I bought for our king bed. I paired it with the lace trimmed quilted sham. And I’m waiting for the violet blanket. It’s colorful but not bright...just nice delicate colors. Love it!
