Shrimp Scampi in a Flash

Preparation
Add salt to a large pot; set to boil. Once boiling, add pasta and cook according to the package instructions, then drain.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add shrimp, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Cook, stirring occasionally, until pink; it should be about 2-3 minutes.
Bring everything up to a simmer; then, take the skillet off the heat and add pasta, lemon zest, and parsley. Stir in well, serve immediately, and sprinkle some Parmesan on top!
