Preparation
Combine chicken broth and veggie mix in a medium saucepan. Cook on medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
Add the cream of chicken soup, basil, thyme, salt & pepper, chicken chunks, and noodles. Simmer for 20 minutes. Serve immediately, or freeze for a delicious meal later!
