Preparation

  1. Heat the griddle plate to medium-high heat. Cook the bacon to your

    preferred consistency. Remove the bacon and place on a paper towel.

  2. Leave the bacon grease in the griddle, and add the onion and garlic.

    Cook until the onion is tender.

  3. Add the green beans and cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.

  4. Return the bacon back to the skillet and toss to combine everything. Salt

    and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
