How do you want your eggs?
Eggs are a staple in most kitchens, egg-specially at breakfast time. But do you know all of the ways they can be prepared? We thought we would take a “crack” at putting together a little cheat-sheet to help! We’re not yolk-in’.

Over Hard: Fry in a pan on both sides until the white and yolk are completely cooked.
Over Medium: Fry in a pan on both sides until the white is completely set, but the yolk is still runny.
Over Easy: Fry in a pan on both sides until the white is lightly set, but the yolk is still runny.
Sunny Side Up: Fry in a pan on only one side until the white is just barely set and the yolk is runny. (You can cover the pan for a short time if you like the whites to be truly set).
Hard Boiled: Boil in shell until the white is completely cooked.
Soft Boiled: Boil in shell until the white is completely cooked but the yolk is still runny.
Poached: Boil in water without the shell until the white is completely set, but the yolk is still runny.
Scrambled: Whisk egg whites and yolks together with a splash of milk. Cook in a pan, stirring gently and consistently until fluffy and cooked to your taste.
Enjoy!
