Who says milkshakes can’t be healthy? This recipe calls for yogurt, real bananas and honey, yogurt, orange juice, and some ice! Blend it up and give your body the energy it needs.

pt freshly-cleaned strawberries
(cut into 1″pieces)
cups ice cubes
cups nonfat strawberry or plain yogurt
cups orange juice
Place all ingredients except 1 1/2 cup ice in a blender. Blend on high until smooth, scraping sides occasionally. Add rest of ice. Blend until smooth.
