cups red bell peppers

Preparation

  1. Cook hash browns and sausage links according to the directions on the package. Cut the sausages into 1/2 inch chunks. Set the hash browns and the sausage aside.

  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add vegetable oil, and cook the peppers and the onion until al dente. In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs, milk, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add the mixture to a skillet and cook it over medium heat until the eggs are set. Stir in the sausage and hash browns. Remove from heat and cover for 1-2 minutes. Sprinkle your skillet breakfast with cheese and serve it hot. Delicious!
