Sausage Breakfast Pizza

lbs pork sausage

1

package of refrigerated crescent rolls

1

cups sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)

eggs

cups milk

tsp salt

tsp pepper

tsp parmesan cheese (grated)

Preparation

  1. In a skillet, brown sausage, breaking it up with a spatula into crumbles. When fully cooked, drain and set aside.

  2. Separate crescent roll dough into 8 triangles. Arrange on an ungreased pizza pan. Press triangles together to completely cover bottom and sides of pan. Spoon sausage over crust and top with the shredded cheddar cheese; set aside.

  3. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper in bowl; pour over sausage and the top of the pizza. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 375° F for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy!
