Pumpkin Bar Ingredients
tsp baking powder
tsp baking soda
Cream Cheese Frosting Ingredients
oz cream cheese
cups butter or margarine
cups powdered sugar
chopped nuts (optional)
Pumpkin Bars: Mix the pumpkin bar ingredients together and pour into a 13″ x 18″ jellyroll pan. Bake at 350° F for 25 minutes or until done. Test with a toothpick. Cool.
Cream Cheese Frosting: Mix cream cheese, butter and vanilla and then add powdered sugar. If too stiff, add a few drops of milk. Spread over bars. Sprinkle nuts on top.
