Easy No-Bake Cheesecake

Craving cheesecake? Look no further than this super simple, no-bake recipe. With just a few hours to let the cheesecake chill in the fridge, you’ll have this classic cheesecake ready to top off with your favorite fruits as a sweet treat.

oz package cream cheese, room temperature

oz container sour cream

cups sugar

tsp vanilla extract

oz container whipped topping

1

graham cracker pie crust

can pie filling, any flavor

Preparation

  1. Blend the first four ingredients in a bowl with an electric mixer until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Pour ingredients into pie crust.

  2. Refrigerate for two hours, or overnight. Cover with plastic cover (use the cover that came with the pie crust, this works great)

  3. Immediately before serving, spread pie filling over top to completely cover the cheesecake.
