Chocolate Chip Cookies

cups light brown sugar

cups chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375.
Add the dry ingredients to a bowl: Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, & salt. Set the bowl aside.
In a different bowl: Using your stand or hand mixer, combine the softened butter, sugar, & brown sugar until light & fluffy.
Add eggs & vanilla, continue mixing until combined.
Slowly add dry ingredients from the first bowl to the cream mixture. Mix until the dry ingredients are combined & a dough forms.
Fold in chocolate chips by spatula or hand.
Drop onto a parchment lined cookie sheet with a tablespoon 2 inches apart.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 10-14 minutes, until bottom edges are lightly browned. The tops should not be browned.
Remove to wire racks to cool.
