A refreshing and fruity take on a traditionally savory meal: blueberry soup is a great way to make use of blueberry jam and try something new.
cups blueberry jam
cups heavy whipping cream
tbsp white wine
tbsp lemon juice
tsp vanilla extract
cinnamon to taste
Melt jam over medium heat in a saucepan.
Once jam is melted, transfer to a bowl and add wine, juice, vanilla, water, and cinnamon. Mix until incorporated.
Chill in refrigerator. Stir before serving.
