Chili Cheese Dip
2 lbs Ground beef
4 lbs Processed American cheese, cut into small cubes
1 tsp Chili powder
2 8 oz Cans of green chilies and tomaotes or jars of salsa
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Spinach Dip
8 oz Pakage of Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed and drained
2 cups Pepperjack Cheese, shredded
1 cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
8 oz Cream Cheese, cubed
1/2 cup Mayonaise
1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Pressure Cooker Creamy Macaroni and Cheese
1 lb elbow macaroni (small, 16 oz. box)
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter
4 cups water
4 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
6 oz american or other processed cheese (cubed)
1 tsp pepper
1 cup heavy cream
Baked Sandwiches for a Crowd
12 hawaiian rolls
1 lb deli ham, thinly sliced
½ lb swiss cheese, thinly sliced
½ cup butter (melted)
3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp brown sugar
onion powder (to taste)
Game Day Chili
4 lbs ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
5 garlic cloves, minced
4 15 oz. cans pinto beans, rinsed and drained
6 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
2 12 oz. bottles dark beer
2 14.5 oz cans beef broth
2 6 oz. cans tomato paste
2 4.5 oz. cans chopped green chilies
4 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
4 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp cayenne powder
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp hot sauce
Sweet Barbeque Meatballs
1 bag of frozen Italian meatballs (16 oz.)
1 cup grape jelly
1 cup barbeque sauce
Chocolate Chip Cheeseball
1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
½ cup Butter, softened
¼ tsp Vanilla extract
¾ cup Confectioners sugar
2 tbsp Brown sugar
¾ cup Miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
¾ cup Finely chopped pecans (optional)
Graham crackers
Asian Chicken Wings
â…“ cup soy sauce
â…“ cup balsamic vinegar
½ tsp onion powder
3 tsp sriracha sauce
1 tsp ground ginger
4 garlic cloves (minced)
¼ cup honey
â…“ cup brown sugar
1 tsp pepper
3 lbs chicken wings
2 tbsp corn starch
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp sesame seeds
cilantro (chopped, to taste)
