Looking for a side dish that will impress? Give these twice-baked potatoes a try! They’re a great way to jazz up the standard baked potato that you might already be planning with your dinner. With onion, butter, garlic, and the cheeses of your choosing, you can take your baked potatoes to the next level with ease.

cups cheddar cheese, grated and divided

cups bacon bits

Preparation

  1. Cut potatoes in half, lengthwise. Scoop the insides of each potato into a large mixing bowl and set the hollowed-out skins onto a cookie sheet

  2. Mash potato insides with the onion, butter, milk, garlic powder, salt and 1/2 cup cheese.

  3. Spoon mashed potato mixture into potato skins and top with 1/4 cup cheese and bacon bits.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
