Eggs

1

Container Parmesan Cheese

1

Large Container of Cottage Cheese

2½

cups Mozzarella Cheese

Preparation

  1. In an electric skillet brown hamburger, onions, and green peppers together. Drain grease and add sauces and seasonings, simmer.

  2. The pinch of sugar is to get the tartness out (it does make a difference!).

  3. Boil spaghetti and drain. Melt and stir the margarine in the spaghetti in a large bowl.

  4. Add eggs and stir well.

  5. Slowly mix in the whole container of Parmesan so there are no lumps and it gets evenly distributed.

  6. Lightly grease only the bottom of a lasagna pan. Pour spaghetti mixture in and shape like a crust up over the edges.

  7. Empty cottage cheese as next layer. Pour meat mixture in and if there is any left you can freeze it for next time.

  8. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and cook at 350 degrees until cheese melts and crust is slightly golden, usually about 20 minutes. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
