Southwest Beef and Noodles

lbs Ground beef

oz Medium egg noodles

Red pepper

diced

Green pepper

diced

15 oz. can corn

drained

cups Green onions

thinly sliced

cups Water

½

cups Chunky salsa

oz Tomato sauce

tbsp Tomato paste

1

tsp Chili powder

Shredded cheese for garnish

Preparation

  1. Brown beef in large skillet; drain excess fat.

  2. Add peppers and cook until just softened. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.

  3. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-12 minutes. Garnish with cheddar cheese and serve.
