Red pepper

Green pepper

15 oz. can corn
drained

cups Green onions
thinly sliced

cups Water

cups Chunky salsa

oz Tomato sauce

tbsp Tomato paste

tsp Chili powder
Shredded cheese for garnish
Preparation
Brown beef in large skillet; drain excess fat.
Add peppers and cook until just softened. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-12 minutes. Garnish with cheddar cheese and serve.
