Sour Cream Enchilada Casserole

oz Sour cream

Jalapeno peppers

lbs Processed American cheese

chunked

cups Sharp Cheddar cheese

grated

Picante sauce

If desired

Corn tortilla chips

Garlic, salt, and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Brown ground beef, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.

  2. Heat tomatoes, sour cream, jalapenos, and cheese until cheese melts. Add to browned ground beef and mix well.

  3. In a large casserole dish, layer chips with cheese, and meat mixture. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350F degrees for 30 minutes.
