Ingredients

10

fl oz Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 Can)

6

cups Finely Shredded Coconut

1

cups White Melting Chocolate

Black Frosting Tube

Orange Frosting Tube

Pretzel Sticks

Thin Red Rope Candy

Preparation

  1. Combine the sweetened condensed milk with 4 cups of the shredded coconut. Add additional coconut to reach your desired consistency.

  2. Roll out the mixture into 2 groups of balls. One ball group size being larger to act as the bodies, and the other group size being smaller to act as the heads. It is ideal to have an even amount of balls in each group so each body gets a head!

  3. Roll balls into additional remaining coconut powder to give them a nice coating.

  4. Melt the white melting chocolate, and add a small dab of chocolate to the top of the larger body balls. Before the chocolate cools and hardens, add the smaller head balls to the top. The chocolate is acting as the glue!

  5. Allow the chocolate glow to set before handling for decoration.

  6. Now its time to accessorize the snowmen! Add Pretzel stick arms, little orange carrot noses, black eyes and buttons, and give him a red candied scarf. Additional melted white chocolate may be used to help hold the arms and scarf in place.
