lbs Pork Ribs

tbsp Salt

tbsp Brown Sugar

tbsp Pepper

1

tbsp Paprika

1

tbsp Sugar

tbsp Onion Powder

1

tbsp Garlic Powder

1

tbsp Ground Cumin

1

Chili Powder

BBQ sauce to taste

Mesquite chips

Preparation

  1. Cut ribs to fit inside the smoker, set aside.

  2. Make the “rub” in a small bowl. Mix together the dry spices and pat the mixture onto the meat on all sides. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  3. Fill the charring cup of your smoker with dry mesquite chips.

  4. Add ribs to smoker, cover, and “combine smoke” for 4 hours. Serve with BBQ sauce and lots of napkins.
