Slow Cooker Buffalo Wings

There’s no better way to feed a hungry crowd at a Super Bowl party than with slow cooker buffalo wings! Deep frying can be messy and time-consuming; putting buffalo wings in the slow cooker is a hands-off way to make juicy, delicious wings. The meat will practically fall off the bone after spending a few hours in the slow cooker. Just make sure to have lots of napkins on hand for your guests! The best slow cooker buffalo wings are as messy as they are tasty.

lbs chicken wings

cups hot sauce

½

cups butter

(melted)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F. Spray an oven safe pan with cooking spray and arrange wings in one layer. Bake for 40 minutes.

  2. Mix the hot sauce and butter in a small bowl. When wings come out of the oven, place them in the slow cooker pot and toss with the hot sauce mixture. Cook on HIGH for 1 hour or on LOW for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve with ranch or bleu cheese dressing, and more hot sauce to taste.
