cups bell peppers

cups onions

lbs skirt steak

tsp chili powder

tsp paprika

tsp salt

tsp dried oregano

tsp onion powder

tsp cayenne pepper

cups lime juice

Preparation

  1. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium to high heat.

  2. Add peppers and onions and sauté until they begin to soften. About 4-5 minutes.

  3. Add skirt steak and sauté until just brown.

  4. Add lime juice and seasoning to meat and vegetables. Cook 7-10 minutes or until meat is cooked through and sauce has thickened.

  5. Serve with warm tortillas. Enjoy!
