lbs skirt steak

cups lime juice
Preparation
Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium to high heat.
Add peppers and onions and sauté until they begin to soften. About 4-5 minutes.
Add skirt steak and sauté until just brown.
Add lime juice and seasoning to meat and vegetables. Cook 7-10 minutes or until meat is cooked through and sauce has thickened.
Serve with warm tortillas. Enjoy!
