tbsp shredded cheese

Preparation

  1. Mix eggs, milk, and salt in a mug (or microwave-safe bowl).

  2. Microwave for 45 seconds; take it out and stir. Microwave for another 45 seconds, or until eggs are nearly set. Stir in the shredded cheese if desired, and then let the eggs sit for about one minute. Serve immediately before the eggs get cold!
