Ingredients
prepared pancake batter
whipped cream
shredded coconut
bananas
sliced
mini chocolate chips
Preparation
You’ll need to make six pancakes in total for each Easter bunny pancake. Make one large and one medium round pancake for the body and the head, two long oval pancakes for the ears, and two small oval pancakes for the feet. (A large electric skillet can make this a little easier, though you can also do it on the stove in a regular frying pan!)
Once the pancakes are organized to look like a bunny, add a tail with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkling of coconut. Finish off the feet with bananas and chocolate chips. Delicious!
