Preparation

  1. Preheat rotisserie oven to 325 degrees.

  2. In a small bowl, mix the first 5 ingredients together.

  3. Using paper towels, pat the ham dry and attach to the rotisserie rod.

  4. Next, pat the dry seasonings onto the ham (if needed, moisten ham with a little water).

  5. Cook for 30-60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 150 degrees. Enjoy!
