lbs boneless pork shoulder

tbsp paprika

tsp garlic powder

2

tsp dry mustard

½

tbsp brown sugar

tbsp salt

cups water

Preparation

  1. Mix seasonings together in a small bowl. Rub onto meat.

  2. Cut meat into 2-inch cubes and place in steamer basket. Add water to pressure cooker. Place trivet and steamer basket (with meat) into cooker; lock cover in place. Bring to pressure over high heat. Then reduce heat as low as possible while still maintaining pressure.

  3. Cook for 45 minutes; then, quickly release pressure. Place meat in a bowl and shred with a fork. Serve on buns. Enjoy!
