Ingredients

12

tsp vegetable oil

2

lbs flank steak, cut into 1/4 strips

½

cups low sodium soy sauce

½

cups water

½

cups brown sugar

1

fresh ginger

minched

1

large onion cut into wedges

45

1

tsp red pepper flakes

2

tbsp cornstarch

3

tbsp water

8

green onions, cut into 1″ pieces

garlic and red pepper flakes. Stir well.

  3. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the meat and stir to coat.

  4. Put the lid in place and cook on HIGH for 4-5 hours or on LOW 6-8 hours.

  5. When time has elapsed, mix the cornstarch with 3 Tbsp. water in a small
