Ingredients

12

tsp vegetable oil

2

lbs flank steak, cut into 1/4 strips

½

½

cups water

½

cups brown sugar

1

fresh ginger

1

1

tsp red pepper flakes

2

tbsp cornstarch

3

tbsp water

8

green onions, cut into 1″ pieces
