Meatloaf
Ginny’s homemade meatloaf is just like grandma use to make, tender and juicy topped with a sweet and tangy sauce.

pounds ground beef

eggs

onion
diced

cups saltine crackers
finely crushed
salt and pepper to taste
½
cups ketchup
2½
tbsp brown sugar

tbsp yellow mustard
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
Mix beef, onion, eggs, crackers, salt and pepper. Place in the loaf pan.
In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard.
Spread mixture over meatloaf.
Bake for 1 hour, or until no longer pink
Take out of the oven & ENJOY!
