Ginny’s homemade meatloaf is just like grandma use to make, tender and juicy topped with a sweet and tangy sauce.

Ingredients

pounds ground beef

eggs

1

onion

diced

1

cups saltine crackers

finely crushed

salt and pepper to taste

½

cups ketchup

2½

tbsp brown sugar

2

tbsp yellow mustard

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.

  3. Mix beef, onion, eggs, crackers, salt and pepper. Place in the loaf pan.

  4. In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard.

  5. Spread mixture over meatloaf.

  6. Bake for 1 hour, or until no longer pink

  7. Take out of the oven & ENJOY!
