Ingredients
8
oz macaroni
cooked
2
eggs
beaten
5
cups shredded cheddar cheese
2½
cups milk
¼
cups butter
cut into pieces
salt and pepper
to taste
Slow Cooker Method
Spray the inside of your slow cooker with cooking spray. Add the macaroni, eggs, four cups of the cheese, milk, and butter to the pot. Sir well and add salt and pepper to taste.
Add the remaining cup of cheese to the top of the mixture, and cover. Cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally. Leave the lid ajar for the last hour of cooking if there is too much moisture remaining in the pot.
Preheat the oven to 250°. Spray the Dutch oven with cooking spray, and add macaroni, eggs, four cups of cheese, milk, and butter to the pot. Stir well, and add salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and cook for an hour. After the hour is up, add the remaining one cup of cheese and stir. Cook, uncovered, for another hour. Then enjoy!

The mac and cheese looks magnificent! Would love to make later… Not in a position to make now, but would like somewhere to save it… Not confident I could find it again… Thank you…
