cups frozen fruit, thawed

tbsp lemon juice

cups sugar

tbsp fruit pectin

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in the bread machine pan. Stir with a plastic spatula to

    blend.

  2. Close the lid and select JAM, START.

  3. Store in a sealed container in your refrigerator.

  4. Makes about 11/2 cups jam.
