Jam

Homemade Jam is easier than you think & taste so much better than store bought. Filled with your favorite fruit, jam pairs perfectly with biscuits, bagels, toast, crackers, cheese, & more!

Ingredients

cups frozen fruit, thawed
1
tbsp lemon juice
¾
cups sugar
2
tbsp fruit pectin
Preparation
Place all ingredients in the bread machine pan. Stir with a plastic spatula to
blend.
Close the lid and select JAM, START.
Store in a sealed container in your refrigerator.
Makes about 11/2 cups jam.
