Pancakes are a staple on any restaurant breakfast menu. With this recipe, you can bring the restaurant home to you! Top these Greek yogurt pancakes off with your favorite fruit or maple syrup, and you’ll have a five-star breakfast right at home.
cups vanilla Greek yogurt
tsp baking soda
Pour yogurt into a large bowl. Sprinkle in dry ingredients, then stir in the eggs.
Heat oil in griddle.
When oil is hot, ladle about 1/4 cup of batter to the griddle.
Cook until bubbles form on the top, then flip. Cook until the bottom is golden brown.
Serve warm with butter and your favorite fresh fruit.
