Fruit Infused Water
Have you tried fruit infused water yet? It’s an easy and refreshing way to stay hydrated and add some flavor to your water. Just slice up your favorite fruits, such as strawberries, lemons, limes, oranges, or cucumbers, and add them to a pitcher of water with a few ice cubes. It’s a delicious and healthy alternative to sugary drinks.
cups Sliced fresh fruit (such as strawberries, lemons, limes, oranges, cucumbers)
Optional: fresh mint or basil leaves for added flavor
Wash and slice your chosen fruits into small pieces. Remove any seeds or stems if necessary.
Fill a large pitcher or water dispenser with half a gallon of water and add in the sliced fruit. For added flavor, you can also add in a few fresh mint leaves or basil leaves.
Stir the fruit and water together to combine. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
Once chilled, pour the fruit infused water into glasses and enjoy!
Tip: You can refill the pitcher with more water a few times before needing to replace the fruit. Enjoy your refreshing and hydrating fruit infused water!
