Looking for something sweet and a little outside-the-box? Looking for a way to make use of some bananas you have lying around? Give this fried bananas recipe a try. They go great with a dash of cinnamon and honey!
banana, sliced 1/2″ thick
tsp coconut or olive oil
Heat the griddle plate to medium/high heat. Add the oil.
When the oil is hot, arrange banana slices on the griddle plate, and fry until brown and crispy on one side (2-3 minutes), then flip and fry the other side until crispy.
Move the fried bananas to a serving bowl, sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle with honey.
