Diane’s Cinnamon Rolls
Cinnamon rolls are a classic treat! Sometimes you might want to jazz up the cinnamon rolls that come frozen from the grocery store. This recipe is the perfect way to doctor up those cinnamon rolls that you might already have sitting in your freezer.

Ingredients:
12
frozen cinnamon rolls with icing
Icing:
12
cups vanilla ice cream
1
sticks butter
½
cups white sugar
½
cups brown sugar
icing from the rolls package
Preparation
About an hour or so before you go to bed, cook the icing ingredients until they come to a rolling boil for 2-3 minutes. Set aside and let cool until you’re ready to hit the hay.
Place the 12 rolls in a buttered pan and pour the cool icing over the top. Cover with plastic wrap and go to bed.
The next morning, you will awake to find a pan full of rolls that have risen all the way to the top. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees F then ice them when they’re still warm.

Cinnamon Rolls .. cannot wait to make these .. the ice cream is an unusual addition. Melted ice cream .. makes the icing very rich I imagine.
