16.5 oz can cream style corn
16 oz whole kernel corn, drained
oz corn muffin mix
cups sour cream
cups shredded cheddar cheese
cups chopped onion
cups melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 13″x9″ backing dish with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, mix cream style corn, corn kernels, muffin mix, sour cream, chopped onion, butter, shredded cheese, and egg until well blended.
Spoon into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top and set in the middle.
