1″ thick pork chops

tbsp oil

large onion, thinly sliced

apples

cups apple cider or juice

oz sauerkraut, drained

Preparation

  1. Heat oil in skillet and brown pork chops on both sides. Transfer to plate.

  2. Add onions and apples to skillet and sauté until tender, about 5 minutes.

  3. Mix in cider and sauerkraut.

  4. Return chops to skillet, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes over medium-low heat.
