A classic staple in your pantry, this basic white bread recipe is fluffy and fresh, just like a new loaf from the store!
cups warm water
cups vegetable oil
oz active dry yeast (1 packet)
Place all ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order listed, except
Make a hole in the top of the flour with a spoon and add the yeast.
Close the lid and select BASIC BREAD, START.
Remove from pan when done. Let cool 20–30 minutes before slicing.
Makes 1 loaf (approximately 1½–2 lbs.)
