Just in Time for Christmas
I wrote a previous review identifying that the monogrammed fleece jacket I ordered had incorrect lettering. Swiss Colony got right on it, corrected the error, and shipped a new fleece jacket with the corrected lettering so that I would be able to give the jacked as a Christmas gift as planned. I wasn't expecting this level of service and I am so grateful. The gift is for my 90 year old Mother-in-law whose favorite red cardigan was lost in the wash at the nursing home. I thought a monogram would help and now I will be able to make her day for Christmas. Thank you Swiss Colony!

Personalized screw up
Love the jacket except the messed up the personalized. All 3 letters the same size . Looks odd.

How do you Personalize the initials on the Women’s Personalized Fleeced Jacket? It show that you go from left to center to right and my initials are PFW. So when I reread it I put W for left F for center P for right.
