UGH!!
I bought 2 of these for Christmas gifts. How embarrassing when both my daughters tell me that they don't work. Returning them.

Sound way too low
This does not get loud at all. You can hardly hear it. What a bummer!

Internal battery
I purchased two of the iLive Platinum Speakers, they look nice. Sound quality is not what i hoped for. Alexa works however, Seems you cannot add them to a group for multi room music! very disappointing. They would be okay for basic use and portable. Needless to say I ordered two Echos.

Nice
I’m content with this purchase, it’s what I imagined it would be...but, we don’t have smart appliances/technology so it isn’t as exciting.

Can not get it connected!
I have tried over and over, and I just can't get it to connect to my internet. Is it possible that my old phone is the problem?
