I purchased this set and love the style and colors but I did ot receive the pillow, it clearly states here" and pillow" I emailed them and was told I have to buy the pillow separately so I'm confused now

First time disappointment
Just received. Was way too excited. Unbelievably disappointed. It is not anywhere what I was hoping for. I purchased for my new sofa and recliner, to help keep it nice, and safe, but add more of my style. Honestly, it looks very trashy and cheap. It does have the strap for security, it doesn't work at all. The material shifts and bunches. It is just, not nice. Recliner cover doesn't even fit properly. The satiny polyester they chose is just, sigh, yucky. I am truly disappointed. I was looking forward to these so much.

Not happy with quality
I received this a few days ago and it already has a rip. When you spend good money you expect good quality. Pretty design. Im really disappointed.
