Temporary relief
I ordered this stretching sock for my plantar fasciitis and it does work for me. After use I can feel a big difference of pain when Im up walking again bt it only last for a short time. I'll can appreciate any time of relief.

how do the sizes run? i have an 8.5 woman's shoe
Jo21, The description states that Sizes S (women's sizes 6 1/2–9; men's sizes 5 1/2–7), M (women's sizes 9 1/2–11; men's sizes 7 1/2–10), L (women's sizes 11 1/2–13; men's sizes 10 1/2–12),and XL (women's sizes 13 1/2–15; men's sizes 12 1/2–14).
