Solar does not work
I bought this and even though its adorable the solar panel does not work therefore the twinkle lights inside do not either. The solar top does come off so you could add your own lights or just use as a holder for flowers but for the price you should not have to buy lights when the ones that come with it do not work. Too expensive to have to buy anything else to be able to use it.
