Embroidery comes loose
I ordered these sheets. They are very comfortable and fit my mattress well and they do shi[ to Alaska; however, the gold embroidery thread comes loose.

Hi Boo, These Sheets are microfiber, 100% polyester. There isn't a thread count with microfiber sheets.

What is the guarantee on these setz? Is the issue of the gold threads getting loose/undone is also covered for exchange, free return, credit or refund?
