Worst Christmas gift Ever!
Got one for Christmas. It would not work so, I replaced a part. The "New" part doesn't work either. Another Piece of Chinese made junk.

I bought this chair just a short time ago without reading the reviews. It was challenging to put together however reading a diagram is not a strong point for me. I tried out all the systems, vibrations, heat, timer they all work.
When I returned to my office to use it again it did shut off early and would not go back down. I crawled off to the side. Rechecking all wires and plugs. I unplugged it for a few and restarted it. It works like a charm. I really enjoy having this chair as part of my practice. Im a Certified Reflexologist and this chair is great!
Sometimes the office "reboots" and all electronic items shut down. Just unplug and restart.

Didn't work for me either.
Just got my chair assembled but it was missing parts and the alignment was off and had to drill additional holes. Was excited to use it but after sitting in it for 2 minutes the massage cut off. I tried to set up straight to see what happened and it would not come down. I had to flip out of the chair and unplugged it and let it sit for a few minutes. I plugged it back in and it came on with the massager working and could not get it to shut off. Got the chair back in the upright position then is shut off again with just the remote lit up. But I could not get it to function again. Calling Seventh Ave now. Doesn't look like this chair works for anyone.

Not as good
As soon as I received it, the side bracket was loose. And once assembled the motor mount broke, made from plastic.
