my mom hates this chair she just got back from the hospital and it is uncomfortable i what to return it but i cant afford to return it thay did not give me a return slip

Is made well.

Great features
I've had 20 surgeries in 5 years. I've got a bad back. This chair is GOD SCENT! IT MOVES BACK UP AND DOWN. WHAT A BLESSING!! I HAVE NOT FIGURED OUT HOW TO USE THE MESSAGE BUT IT'S BEAUTIFUL AND MAGNIFICENT!!!!!

My mother loves it
I bought this for my mother. She had a hard time getting out of chairs anymore. She was tickled pink when she saw this lifted and she loves the color. We got he red. I love that this is super easy to clean. Mom enjoys eating in her chairs but she doesn't have the steadiest of hands anymore.

My power lift recliner has a short in one of the parts. Since it is a part that just plugs in I believe that it could easily be replaced. Where do I go to buy parts for this chair?
Andres I believe skeeter is asking for the manufacture name. I can attest There is nothing missing. It was working and just stopped. We checked all the wires and all were intact but it wouldn't work any longer.
