Flimsy
Not only was the snowman its self to short for the hook and chain, it dented in the mid section of the snowman when used. The pole that holds the snowman up and the base. Just tig welded on the small in gage pole to the base. Snapped like a cracker. Both have broken and I can not use them. There not cheep either.

Not happy
I just set this up today and it has a dent in the side of it but I think I was upset the most with the fact there was a big rip in the hat. It was also very hard to set up.

When package arrived I was excited but when I opened it the buttons that go on the mouth were missing.

Already damaged
My product is already broken, the bottom stand is broke and I paid too much money to have my merchandise not be able to stand outside and get blown down by the wind.

Extremely appealing but...
I love my pop-up snowman but it was a bit difficult attaching light string and he doesn't 'sit' flat on the ground, about an inch off the ground and hence moves/blows with wind although securely grounded. Nevertheless, he is cute and well constructed. I wouldn't trade him! He is unique, and as always, no one has one like him!
