So disappointed!
I use this product one time and it never turned on again. Threw it away! Complete waste of money.

Would not charge, waiting on replacement.
Received this today. Was VERY disappointed!! The device would not charge at all. I thought about getting this as a gift for my mother also but since the only way you can charge it is via a USB port (which not everyone has my, mother included) The device should come with all the parts needed to make it work. You should not have to purchase a USB plug separately. Waiting on a replacement now to give it another try.
