It never sticks, chips, or flakes! NeverStick™ Technology is created at max. temperature 30,000° F, so it won't lose nonstick like traditional nonstick pans made at 900° F. Heavy-gauge aluminum base; hard-anodized exterior. Oven safe to 500° F. Tempered glass lids. Set includes 6.5-qt. Dutch oven with lid (that also fits large fry pan), 1.5- and 2.5-qt. saucepans with lids, 3-qt. sauté pan plus 8" and 10 1/4" fry pans. Dishwasher safe.

I would give it three stars
So far the cookware seems to be good as far as being nonstick. Although the lids could use some help, they don’t fit snugly and the handles get hot and they will fill up with water. If you put it in the sink to be washed otherwise it’s OK. Hi, I would say, it’s along the lines of one of the cheaper sets of Cuisinart. I’ll update on the nonstick coating so far it works great.

Metal utensils including spatulas, spoons, whisks, and tongs are safe for use with the Ninja Foodi Neverstick 10-Piece Cookware Set.
