Rated 1 out of 5 by from Garbage If I could give it a zero I WOULD.I bought this chair the end of March it is now mid June and the chair has fallen apart. The underneath support was mad with a 1x2 piece of wood and it snapped in half and the chair broke. I ended up on the floor unable to get up when it broke. This is cheaply made and not worth the price.

1. Can the motor in the seat be felt through the cushion? 2. Can massage be used without heat? 3. Have these issues been corrected? NOTE: I am 4'11", 103 lbs, & need small chair to ease pain from tumors at the base of my spine & hip joints.

Asked by: Sher506
Hello. The massage and heat are separate functions and can be used individually. You should not be able to feel the motor through the seat, but the massaging vibration can be felt. Thank you for the inquiry!
